• When a membership expires, we will retain the information for 6 months before deleting it. This is to facilitate the easy renewal of a membership, should that be required.
• If a member cancels their membership we will delete the information immediately.
• If a member informs us of their intention not to renew their membership, we will delete the information within 7 days of the expiry date.
